Enforcement Services in relation to Untaxed Vehicles - AWARD

Concession Contract for the Enforcement relating to Untaxed Vehicles. The Council is keen to appoint an appropriately qualified organisation to provide the enforcement of untaxed vehicles on the roads, highways and other areas to which the public have access by right or by express or implied permission within the Borough of Dudley. The contractor must have the ability to immobilise or remove vehicles that have an expired vehicle license (Road Tax) to a secure vehicle pound with 24-hour live security links to the police or a recognised security company.
