North Tyneside Council Leisure Centre Decarbonisation - Project is part of a funded project to supplement existing gas boilers with air source heat pumps to improve the energy efficiency and reduce carbon output at 4 sport and leisure centres within the North Tyneside Borough. Please pay particular attention to the Works Information and the detail supplied, including without limitation the Specification and Drawings. For the avoidance of doubt, a failure to comply with the Works Information could potentially result in the claw back of funding pursuant to one or both Funding Agreements. Organisations must be a current registered member of The Building Engineering Services Association (BESA) or have one of the following equivalent accreditations; HPA (Heat Pump Association) NICEIC (Electrical Contractors Association) CIBSE (Chartered Institute of Building Services Engineers) Energy Institute You must also hold a current Gas Safe certification to be able to tender for the Works.
