Litter and Fly-tipping Enforcement Services

Wandsworth Borough Council and the London Borough of Richmond Upon Thames carried out a tender exercise to seek a Concessionaire to provide litter and low-level fly tipping enforcement services in high footfall or at hotspot highway areas.
