Description
The Service Provider will deliver an innovative needs-led programme that will support participants to develop confidence, self-esteem and engender motivation. Activities to be delivered must engage and support young people into positive outcomes. The programme will be available to eligible 16 - 19 year olds who live in the Black Country and are not engaged in employment, education or training (NEET). The Service Provider must be experienced in working with vulnerable 16 - 19 year olds; be skilled at dealing with challenging behaviors and knowledgeable of the issues that may affect individuals from disadvantaged backgrounds. The provision should take place over a minimum of 2 days for a period of between 2 - 6 weeks dependening on the needs of the particpants . Service Provide should include an outline and specifications of how they will deliver the following elements:
