The college would like to request proposals for a new waterproof system in order to provide a long term protection from leaking. The roofs have been classified into 4 sections. Pricing is requested for both green and blue with only one roof to be completed this college financial year and one the next college financial year dependent upon budget constraints The blue roof is located within the main building on the west and the green roof is located within the main building central. Contract is due to commence 11th April 2022 Site visits are essential as part of the tender response - details are provided within the tender documents.
