Bespoke and Emerging Programmes

The recently established Bespoke and Emerging Programmes (BEP) team was created with a view to transform and innovate within the project delivery space at the Environment Agency. We are acting at pace to stand up the 'Futures Programme' with our delivery partner (Methods). This includes a discovery phase to analyse challenges and opportunities, and the capacity and capability to establish sustainable programme governance and effective delivery. This will be followed by piloting potential projects in the Futures Programme.
