NHS Frimley ICB ("the Commissioner") commissions Locally Commissioned Services in Surrey Heath. The 7 GP Practices in Surrey Heath have indicated that their preference for these services would be for Surrey Heath Community Providers Ltd to hold the contract on their behalf. Surrey Heath Community Providers Ltd was formed in 2016 and is a federation of the 7 Surrey Heath practices. Locally Commissioned services are only available to providers who hold a patient list. This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) Contract Award Notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award.
