Description
Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council ('the Council') is seeking to appoint a suitable contractor for the comprehensive refurbishment and repair of numbers 2 and 3 Viables Cottages, The Harrow Way, Basingstoke, Hampshire RG22 4BL. The works involve the refurbishment of two dilapidated two-storey cottages to bring them back into a habitable standard. On completion of the refurbishment works, the council propose to let the properties as residential accommodation, in accordance with the council's Housing Strategy. Works are to be carried out as per the specification included in the tender document.
