• High rise work (hand, machine, high reach or explosives), • Low rise work (hand or machine), • Emergency responsive call out work, • Securing and boarding up of empty and dilapidated properties. • Asbestos removal • Site remediation • Waste removal/disposal • Full or partial dismantlement of buildings or structures using mechanical or hand demolition techniques. • Temporary structural support to building elements (Via 3rd party contractor is necessary) • Reinstatement of building elements if demolition is not a feasible option. (Via 3rd party contractor is necessary) • To provide site security (via 3rd party contractors if necessary) • To provide heras type fencing. • To secure buildings to prevent access to dangerous buildings. • To sample and remove asbestos. Provide demolition enabling works during working hours
