Grantchester Heat Network - Stage 2

The Climate Change Committee of Grantchester Parish Council are assessing a village-wide, heat network to replace individual householder oil-based systems with a centralised River Source Heat Pump. This stage 2 work is to develop the technical design, obtain stakeholder agreement, refine household demand and likely take-up and develop the business model. The Parish Council wish to appoint a suitably qualified organisation or consortium, on a consultancy basis, to deliver a feasibility study compliant with CEF's Stage 2 feasibility approach for renewable technologies, for a potential heating network for Grantchester.
