Humphry Davy School

The project is to replace the existing block EFAB, which has an approximate GIA of 379m2, with a new build block with an approximate GIA of 396m2 in a new location on the main car park. The block EFAB is then to be demolished and replaced with the displaced car parking spaces. Block EFAB was built circa 50 years ago and is built from a timber curtain walling system, and showing significant signs of deterioration with respect to walls/structure, windows, roofs and M&E. The School is to remain open for the duration of the works.
