Description
Broxtowe Borough Council wishes to set up five frameworks for the supply of temporary industrial and administrative personnel. The top three ranked Agencies for each Lot will become framework members of the framework for that Lot. The Lots are structured as below: • Lot 1 - Grounds Maintenance Personnel • Lot 2 - Street Cleansing Personnel • Lot 3 - Waste / Recycling Collection Loader • Lot 4 - Waste / Recycling Driver / Loader • Lot 5 - Administration Personnel This is a key contract as all roles have a customer facing function, representing the Council in terms of direct customer contact or performance of a service that directly impacts on the Council's customers. Efficient and effective performance of the contract requirements is paramount and non-performance will be actively managed. The Agency will be a member of the Recruitment and Employment Federation (or equivalent organisation). This framework will also be open to the following Contracting Authorities to use: Nottinghamshire: • Ashfield District Council • Bassetlaw District Council • Broxtowe District Council • Gedling Borough Council • Mansfield District Council • Newark and Sherwood District Council • Nottingham City Council • Nottinghamshire Council • Rushcliffe Borough Council Derbyshire: • Amber Valley Borough Council. • Bolsover District Council. • Chesterfield Borough Council. • Derby City Council • Derbyshire County Council • Derbyshire Dales District Council. • Erewash borough council. • North East Derbyshire District Council. • High Peak Borough Council. There is no guarantee and there has been no agreement that the above Contracting Authorities will decide to use this framework apart from Broxtowe Borough Council. They are named so they can use the framework if they choose to do so in the future. Tenderers should only anticipate business from Broxtowe Borough Council.
