Description
Following the PIN issued on 10/062016 (2016/S 113-200885) the EFA (on behalf of the DfE) are seeking to procure Consultants across two Lots to deliver Technical Survey Management Services (Lot 1) and surveying services (Surveying Organisations) (Lot 2). The CDC programme (referred to as the "Data Collection Project" in the PIN) is a 3 year programme which aims to build on the Property Data Survey Programme and provide a comprehensive picture of the condition of all school buildings. This will meet the Sebastian James 2011 Review of school capital funding to provide a credible picture of investment needs. CDC shall cover visits to c.22000 schools, c.70000 buildings, comprising over 60million m2 of floor space. The successful Consultants appointed across the two Lots shall be required to work together cohesively to deliver the Services and use the CDC IT solution which has been procured separately as a means of recording and reporting on the survey data collected.
