Description
L&Q wish to establish the Sales and Marketing - Signage and Built Environment Contractor Framework Agreement for the provision of Signage and Built Environment services across Shared Ownership and Private Sale developments to help deliver the required sales targets within the next 4 years. Appointments under the Framework Agreement shall be for the aggregated or singular of the following services: A. Signage - way finding, stack boards etc B. Hoarding construction and decor e.g. di-bond panelling C. Scaffolding banners and building wraps D. Marketing Suite design and build - internal and external structures E. Exhibition stands and graphics F. Digital Wallpaper G. Installation and fit-out of all signage and built environment requirements Collectively known as the "Signage and Built Environment Contractor Services". These are the main category headings which cover 99 percent of the category requirements. L&Q reserves the right to add sub categories within the 4 year term of the Framework Agreement. Please note that in order to be considered for the tender stage of this procurement process, Applicants must be able to confirm that they can provide all of the categories of Signage and Built Environment Contractor Services listed in A to G above in-house without outsourcing to a 3rd party. Please refer to question 5.1 of this PQQ which will be assessed on a pass / fail basis. The buyer has indicated that it will accept electronic responses to this notice via the Postbox facility.
