Description
The Contracting Authority intends to procure Fund Administration, Custodian, and Depositary services to support the ongoing management and oversight of its authorised and unauthorised fund structures, which may include UK-based Authorised Contractual Schemes (ACS) and European Unauthorised Unit Trusts (EUUT's). The appointed service provider(s) will be expected to deliver a robust and scalable operating model to support a growing range of asset classes across public and private markets. Core services may include fund accounting, financial reporting, investor dealing, transfer agency, regulatory reporting, asset safekeeping, settlement, and oversight obligations as required under relevant FCA and AIFMD regulations. The procurement may also include ancillary services such as performance measurement, risk analytics, FX execution, investor reporting, securities lending support, ESG data integration, or related technology solutions, subject to further scoping. The procurement will assess providers' capabilities across operational delivery, service quality, technology and reporting infrastructure, risk and compliance, and the ability to support future growth and innovation. This PIN is issued to inform the market of a potential upcoming tender and to invite expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced providers.
