Provision of Enforcement and Debt Colelction Service (Bailiffs)

Cheshire East Council (CEC) intends to maximise the collection of debts through the effective use of all available recovery options, to ensure a high quality and efficient enforcement service is provided. This Specification describes the service required and the standards expected from the Service Provider providing enforcement and collection services in respect of: • Council Tax • Non Domestic Rates • Sundry Debts - to include overpaid Housing Benefit and Commercial Rent arrears • Parking Penalty Charge Notice debts
