The Contracting Authority The Police, Fire & Crime Commissioner for Cumbria has awarded a Call-off Contract for the provision of Control Room Demand Modelling Consultancy & Process Evolution Toolkit in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, via a compliant Direct Award against Healthtrust Europe - Consultancy Solutions & Advisory Services Framework Lot 1 Business Consultancy Solutions and Advisory Services. The call-off contract has been awarded to Operational Research in Health Limited for 15 months, with options to extend for 3 x 12-months optional extensions up to 19/01/2030. Total Award Value includes optional extension (excluding VAT) The Procurement Act guidance (Guidance: transitional and saving arrangements (HTML) - GOV.UK) states that any contracts awarded through a framework agreement under the previous legislation will continue to be managed in accordance with that legislation. As such, this call-off contract awarded under Healthtrust Europe - Consultancy Solutions & Advisory Services Framework Lot 1 Business Consultancy Solutions and Advisory Services established on 02/09/2024 under the PCR will continue to require publication of the relevant notices for that framework under the PCR. This Contract Award Notice is being published in accordance with the requirements where the contract value is at least £30,000 inclusive of VAT in accordance with the Public Contract Regulations 2015.
