Description
Nottingham City Council are seeking experienced organisations to deliver an Integrated Wellbeing Service (IWS). The contract will amalgamate a range of health improvement interventions into one service model. including Stop Smoking, Weight Management and Physical Activity. The Council intend to commission a prime provider model, which will be responsible for delivering the service functions in an innovative, dynamic, and flexible manner to residents across Nottingham.\r \r The contract duration will be for 5 years with a possible extension of 3 + 2 years at the Council's discretion. The total contract value will be a maximum of £2,375,000 per annum. The anticipated contract start date will be 1 April 2024.\r \r This contract will be let under the Light Touch Regime of the Public Contract Regulations 2015.\r \r Application documents can be downloaded from www.eastmidstenders.org \r Closing date for receipt of completed Application Forms is 12 noon 3 October 2023.\r
