B8 Warehousing land disposal

The Council owns a site of approx. 10 acres situated off the A5 at Fenny Lock. It is allocated in the Local Plan as a travellers site. The intention is to seek interest from the market on the basis of a sale or pre-let with a Design & Build for a B8 Warehousing development . Either disposal will be subject to planning consent as the site is not allocated for this use. The procurement is for the provision of the following services to the Council: 1. Sole or joint selling agency; 2. As above but for letting assuming a Design & Build.
