Gravesend Churches Housing Association wish to engage a contractor for, Responsive repairs and void works (excluding heating servicing) plus planned capital works that includes: Replacement of domestic kitchen units, and bathrooms including fixtures, and fittings. Associated decorating, tiling, plumbing, electrical and other works required. Inspection and testing of electrical cabling and installations at the premises. Carry out H&S Compliance in relation to EICR testing programme (five yearly) Cyclical decorations to the internal and external parts of the building fabric Replacement of doors and glazing. Estate Improvement projects or any other repairs or building works with prior agreement.
