Northamptonshire County Council - Mentoring Training Programme for Adolescents within the County

The aim of this provision is to deliver a training programme for mentoring young people. This will further develop the authority's adolescent service, to enable them to provide mentoring support to the cohort of young people who are not yet meeting the threshold for statutory intervention and who, without early intervention, will be at increased risk of exploitation, poor emotional and mental health, homelessness, substance and alcohol abuse and teenage pregnancy/ parenthood.
