Legal Services for Revelopment and Release of Residential Development Sites

FC from the NEPO513 for the Legal Services for development and release of residential development sites. Appointment for the provision of legal services to advise and act on the Council's behalf, leading to the delivery and release of residential led development sites with the initial priority to deliver affordable housing. The Council wish to procure a development partner(s) to bring forward residential led redevelopment on the portfolio of sites to support town centre living and the legal services from this appointment will help to facilitate this process.
