ARB External Audit Services

Invitation to tender for the provision of External Audit Services for the Architects Registration Board. The Architects Registration Board (ARB) is the UK's statutory regulator of architects set up by an Act of Parliament in 1997. We are an independent, public interest body, and our work in regulating architects ensures that good standards within the profession are consistently maintained for the benefit of the public and architects alike. The ARB invites proposals for external audit services: To carry out an external audit and report annually to the Audit and Risk Assurance Committee, giving an opinion on the ARB's Financial Statements and assurance that they have been prepared in accordance with the governments Financial Reporting Manual (FReM). The external auditors will also be required to provide tax advice, including calculation of the ARB's tax liability, as well as the preparation and submission of the relevant tax returns to HMRC.
