Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Needs Assessment

West Berkshire Council would like to commission expert support for the development of our approach to Equality Diversity and Inclusion (EDI). This is anticipated to be a supplier(s) with specialist knowledge to deliver an EDI needs assessment on the nine groups with protected characteristics under the Equality Act (2010) and other factors which may create inequality and disadvantage. We are looking for either a supplier that can provide data collation and analysis expertise to carry out an EDI needs assessment for West Berkshire. This will support the following priorities within our Council Strategy: • Support everyone to reach their full potential • Ensure our vulnerable children and adults achieve better outcomes.
