SCC - KC - Ash Grange Primary School QS (RIBA Stages 3-7)

Surrey County Council requires the appointment of a Quantity Surveyor Cost Consultant to support the delivery of the Ash Grange Primary School - 1FE Expansion, providing full Cost Management services from RIBA Stage 3 through to Stage 7. This tender covers the development and maintenance of cost plans, preparation of tender documentation including bills of quantities, tender evaluation, post-contract cost management, change control, and support through to final account.
