Description
The Contractor will work with the Council to deliver and evaluate a Behavioural Insights Project with the aim of increasing rates of breastfeeding through the use of the online tool Breastfeeding Friend. The Project will have two stages, covering three phases of delivery: Stage One: • Scoping phase which will consist of the completion of a scoping document which will detail the trial design, timescales, sample size, statistical power analysis and key stakeholders. Stage Two: • Development, implementation and evaluation of the intervention, which will include undertaking any necessary research and insights gathering, statistical power analysis and completion of a detailed report describing the intervention, results and any wider lessons learnt. • Delivery of two training sessions on behavioural insights, to be delivered to Sunderland Health and Wellbeing Board and Sunderland Public Health Team, which will include content on the theory and application of behavioural insights approaches.
