Re-Roofing Works, Downton Memorial Hall, Downton, Wiltshire, SP5 3NB

Downton Parish Council is inviting tenders for the re-roofing of its Memorial Hall, located in the Downton Conservation Area. The requirements for this project are as follows: • the re-roofing of the existing Hall and kitchen extension with associated replacement fascias, soffits and rainwater goods as deemed to be required; and • The demolition to below roof level of the chimney together with the capping thereof and making good with additional infill treated softwood timbers and fixings.
