The maximum number of suppliers allocated to this lot is three. General building works with some incidental mechanical and electrical work may be included; work for the Authority's repairs and maintenance function and minor works; works relating schools, offices, private/public building and housing and non-housing council owned buildings and any other buildings the Authority may be engaged to manage and/or carry out work; reactive maintenance at short notice in some cases one hour response and 24/7 cover; contractor design in part or whole. Lot 6 Mechanical £1 - £100,000 This lot is for repairs and maintenance for mechanical with a value of £1 GBP to £100,000 GBP. The maximum number of suppliers allocated to this lot is three. Mechanical works include but are not limited to ventilation and boiler work and some incidental electrical work; work for the Authority's repairs and maintenance function and minor works; works relating schools, offices, private/public building and housing and non-housing council owned buildings and any other buildings the Authority may be engaged to manage and/or carry out work; reactive maintenance at short notice in some cases one hour response and 24/7 cover; contractor design in part or whole. Lot 7 Electrical £1 - £100,000 This lot is for repairs and maintenance electrical works with a value of £1 GBP to £100,000 GBP. The maximum number of suppliers allocated to this lot is three.
