PRO0661 - Pest Control Services

Your Housing Group will be looking to secure the services of suitably qualified, experienced and competent service providers to undertake the delivery of a range of pest control services including electric fly killer, crawling insects and garden ants, all sites carry the same level of services for cockroaches, casual intruder insects, dermestes beetles, mice and rats. The current identified sites are across several geographical locations within YHG’s portfolio including Merseyside, Cheshire and Greater Manchester. There could be the requirement for these services across any of YHG’s property locations. We intend to Lot this opportunity geographically, however we reserve the right to amend this Lot structure prior to Tender.
