Description
To provide Land Valuation Advisory Service for 4 scenarios; Valuation 1: the value of the land in the event that the DCO for the development of the Sizewell C nuclear power station (as a twin unit European Pressurised Water Reactor) is forthcoming Valuation 2: the value of the land in the event that the DCO for the development of the Sizewell C nuclear power station is not forthcoming, but that a DCO for the development of alternative nuclear infrastructure on the site would be forthcoming (no evidence at hand VOA has requested documents to provided by BEIS) Valuation 3: Provide advise on the development of alternative energy infrastructure on the site (excluding alternative nuclear) Valuation 4: Assuming existing and alternative agricultural/nature conservation uses on the site only without significant infrastructure Deliverables are being split into 2 phases: Phase 1 - Valuations 1 & 4 Phase 2 - Valuations 2 & 3
