Refurbishment of Grainges Car Park

London Borough of Hillingdon sought tenders to refurbish Grainges Car Park. Works are required to address the deterioration of the surface covering and resultant damage to the concrete slab below. The works are also to include improved parking bay space allocation and traffic flow, new pay on foot payment systems and decorations to internal walls soffits and decks throughout. Electrical services and lighting to be updated and new CCTV system installed.
