Description
Birmingham City Council requires a supplier for the provision of enforcement agents / certified bailiffs to support the management of unauthorised encampments (the removal of illegal encampments on Council owned land, typically by members of the Gypsy, Romany and Traveller community [GRT]) in line with Council protocol. This contract will run from 1 April 2018 for a period of two years with the option to extend for up to two one year periods. BCC will be using its e-tendering system (in-tend) for the administration of this procurement process and providers must register with the system to be able to express an interest.
