Void Security Works to Bolton at Home Properties

Bolton at Home would like to invite tenders for Void Security Works to Bolton at Home Properties within the Bolton at Home Group. The work generally comprises the following:- • Provision fitting and removal of metal security window and door shutters. • Provision of net curtains and rails. • Provision of monitored alarm system to void properties. • The contract will be evaluated on 40 % price and 60 % quality. The initial contract period will be for 2 years with an option to further extend the contract for 2 periods of 12 months (2 + 1 + 1). Estimated start date 1.10.2020. Social Value contributions apply to this tender and 1% of the agreed final contract sum will be invoiced annually. TUPE applies to this tender opportunity.
