Refurbishment of Properties at Bevan Place

*This is for information only, as the contract has been awarded* West Kent Housing Association, (the "Client") is seeking tenders from suitably experienced and qualified service providers to refurbish properties known as Bevan Place. The Contract will cover works specifically identified for each property to include general repair work, some component replacement of kitchens, bathrooms and boiler replacements, flood remediation and damp remedial works at properties owned or managed by the Client members and their subsidiaries. The full details of the services are set out in the specification which will form part of the Contract.
