The development of a Pre-tendered framework The provision of New build and Refurbishment works for Public Sector Buildings including Education, Offices,Accommodation, Healthcare, Community Buildings. Its is proposed that there will be Four value bands covering various geographical lots across the UK. It is proposed that Tenders will be able to apply for up to two value bands. The proposed value bands are: Value Band 1: Project values up to 2 000 000 GBP New build Value Band 1 : project Values up to 2000 000 gbp Refurbishment Value Band 2: Project values 2 000 000 and 4 000 000 GBP Value Band 3: Projects values Between 4 000 000 to 10 000 000 GBP Value band 4 Project values over 10 000 000 GBP.
