UKEF Effectiveness Review

UK Export Finance (UKEF) conducted an external board effectiveness review in 2018 which looked at the Board and its sub-committees which are led by non-executive members.  At the time of this review it was agreed that the internal executive committees (Executive Committee, Change Board, Security Committee, Credit Committee, and its 'expert committee' the Export Guarantees Advisory Council) would be examined by a subsequent review.
