Request for information (RFI) - Health Records Tracking / Filing Software

Gateshead Health NHS Foundation Trust is looking to carry out a preliminary market engagement exercise to establish solutions that are currently available in the market place for Health Records Tracking / Filing Software. In advance of any Procurement or mini competition/ direct call-off process under a previously procured Framework Agreement, the Trust intends to invite suppliers to participate in the following scoping exercise. Please note, this exercise is not part of any pre-qualification or selection process. It is intended as an awareness, communication and information-gathering exercise, offering an opportunity for potential suppliers to provide information/present solutions to allow the Trust to inform future procurement strategies. The Trust invites providers to complete their RFI in the allocated time frame and return to the Trust via NHS Sourcing for information.
