Town Centres/High Streets Deep Cleanse before 31st March 2022 The deep cleanse of the following town centre / high street locations: o Oldbury: Church Street traffic island (Oldbury Ringway) to Jack Judge House, and Birmingham Street (including Unity Place) to junction with A457 Birmingham Road. o Rowley: (Black Heath) From Archer Way/Long Lane Junction, to Market Place traffic island, to Birmingham Road/Henderson Way traffic island.
