Post-contract Employer's Agent Services covering: Administration of a JCT Design and Build Contract. Provision of a Clerk of Works service, undertaking site inspections twice per month. Undertaking pre-handover inspections as well as inspections at the expiry of the defect liability period. We have assumed a 12-month defect liability period. Chairing and issuing minutes of monthly progress meetings. Provision of CDM Principal Designer Services.
