St Oswald's Project Management Support - Planning Application Stage

St Oswalds Gloucester development site - Lead as client-side project manager for the consultancy team including sub-consultants and any other consultants or professionals appointed to facilitate the submission of a valid planning application in July 2024. Phase 1: The production of a RIBA Stage 2 lite design pack along with any associated surveys etc and advice on the points to be subject to a DoV and supporting RHG/ legal representatives with the negotiation and drafting of the DoV. Phase 2: Progressing RIBA stage 2 designs and associated reports etc to the submission of a valid planning application
