The provision of support services within five existing Supported Living Schemes for people with learning disabilities. The contract will be split into the following lots: Lot 1: The Gables, Redcar, TS10 1GA Housing Provider: Bernicia 6 bedrooms for residents with Learning Disabilities. Lot 2: Norwood, Albion Terrace, Saltburn, TS12 1LT Housing Provider: Bernicia 8 bedrooms for residents with Learning Disabilities. Lot 3: 46 New Road, Guisborough, TS14 6AQ Housing Provider: North Star 6 bedrooms for residents with Learning Disabilities. Lot 4: Thirlmere Crescent, Eston, TS6 0EU Housing Provider: Golden Lane Housing 4 bedrooms for residents with Learning Disabilities. Lot 5: The Willows, Redcar, TS10 1DD Housing Provider: Best Housing Association 6 bedrooms for residents with Learning Disabilities.
