Provision of CCS Reward Strategy Consultancy Support

The Contracting Authority is seeking proposals for consultancy support to work with the CCS HR Strategy, Reward and Policy team, to review the existing pay and reward framework, identifying ideas and options for change based around i) no constraints to work within; ii) working within the constraints of the Civil Service pay framework, analyse data and identify options for the future.
