CWC26107 - St George's Pre Development Agreement

The St Georges Programme is a major city centre regeneration initiative led by City of Wolverhampton Council. It focuses on transforming the former Sainsbury's site into a vibrant mixed-use development, delivering new homes, commercial spaces and enhanced public realm. The scheme aims to support economic growth, create a strong leisure and evening economy, and align with the Council's strategic objectives for housing and city centre revitalisation. The programme is being delivered in partnership with Capital & Centric under a Pre-Development Agreement (PDA), via the Pagabo Developer Led Framework.
