CBC-1212-FC-32-CB Northill Lower School Works - AWARD

Call off via further competition under LOT 2 of the CBC Construction Framework. Works involve: • Demolition of existing double-garage unit to create space for new build hall building. • New build hall to include small hall space, storage, new kitchen facilities, changing area for staff, WC provision and practical area for year 5+ pupils. • Room changes throughout existing school building. • The hall in the southern part of the school to be made into a classroom. • Classrooms to include for wet zones within the rooms. • WCs to be reconfigured.Reception to move to where current kitchen is. • Staff room to be relocated. • Reception WC provision to be introduced where existing staff WC is. • Lobby to be extended to create circulation space in the spine of the school to avoid going through the existing narrow corridor. • External canopy to cover from the circulation to the new hall Help and Support - The Council will provide as much support and information as it can in order to help guide you through the Tender process.
