Staff Surveys- University of Derby

Human Resources at the University of Derby would like to run an organisational wide staff survey to better understand the perception of our staff. Measuring perceptions and capturing the employee voice underpins our people strategy. The survey will enable us to identify areas of good practice and pinpoint any areas for concern. We can then focus on themes or areas of greatest need, implementing mitigating strategies to springboard staff engagement and organisational performance. The University has run a staff engagement survey over the last 12 years, with an average of 70% response rate. HR works alongside Leaders and Managers with the results. We are looking for suitable supplier to work with us to deliver a full staff experience survey, looking at organisation with a robust question set and benchmarking ability both in the sector and external.
