Delivery of West Midlands Business Festival

West Midlands Combined Authority wishes to award a contract to a supplier who can support and delivery in collaboration with Business Growth West Midlands - West Midlands Business Festival. The Awarded Supplier will : 1. Produce the festival brand 2. Coordinate the organisation and delivery of the 'business festival' (not to be confused with business events, business weeks, corporate events or expos), which will include identifying and liaison with key partners and external organisations to create a comprehensive programme of events that will be interesting to businesses in the West Midlands and beyond. 3. Produce, develop and deliver a comprehensive marketing and promotional programme. This includes advertising and publicising the overarching festival and working with partners for support and individual events. 4. Conclude a performance monitoring framework and economic impact assessment post festival 5. Review potential revenue streams that will naturally arise from the festival
