Description
Norwich Historic Churches Trust invite expressions of interest for general repairs to the tower, nave and south chapel at the former church of St Margaret de Westwick. Specialist contractors experienced in repairing flint and masonry historic churches are invited to express interest in general repairs to the tower, nave, south aisle and porch and the south chapel roof and walls at St Margaret's (St Benedict's Street, Norwich). Current estimated project value is £200,000 - £250,000 with a two stages selection process. Tender evaluation and award criteria will be 40% price 60% quality. Please indicate availability for preferred start date of Spring 2022.
