County Durham Integrated Sexual Health Service (ISHS)

The contract with County Durham and Darlington NHS Foundation Trust (CDDFT) for the County Durham Integrated Sexual Health Service (ISHS) meets the eligibility criteria for the Provider Selection Regime (PSR) Direct Award C. Following a review of the ISHS, based upon the assessment of the provider's past performance across the key criteria and ability to continue to deliver against these, plus the fact that the financial implications of sourcing estates across County Durham would likely be prohibitive for a new provider and would impact the value for money of the service, Public Health Senior Management Team (PHSMT) approved the direct award of the new ISHS contract to CDDFT from 01/10/24 to 30/09/29.
