Description
Historic England (HE) wishes to commission a Rapid Coastal Zone Assessment Survey (RCZAS) Phase One Desk-based Assessment (DBA) for the Inner Humber Estuary (Grimsby/Sunk Island to Trent Falls), incorporating aerial mapping to National Mapping Programme (NMP) Standards. This will form part of a national programme designed to inform, amongst other roles: o HE's responses to Government Strategies on Flood & Coastal Erosion Risk Management (FCERM), especially Shoreline Management Planning; and o Marine Planning (in the case of the present project, specifically the East Inshore Marine Plan issued by the Marine Management Organisation (MMO) in 2014). The project is split into two components (Annexes A and B). Each component should be costed and timetabled separately. Organisations may tender for either or both components, as individuals or in partnership/as a syndicate with other organisations.
