A multi-provider framework for provision of general electrical installation works for voids and day to day repairs, electrical works for new build properties, potentially electrical works for kitchens and bathrooms, and electrical works for public buildings. Lot 1 Domestic properties and Lot 2 Commercial properties, with mix of NATFED and bespoke pricing. Open for potential use by Derby Homes and Derby City Council. Derby Homes is seeking to appoint multiple suppliers to the Framework.
